Warmly greeted by front desk and had everything explained clearly. Shuttle organized for the morning. Dinner was just superb Veggie Stack, Butter Chicken, salt and pepper squid and Rhubarb Crumble. Full credit to the staff on duty that one day and a night. Found complex clean and sharp. Room clean.

it was very warm 3 nights and Room AC (Room 815) couldn't handle the heat. hardly get any sleep. there was no water bottles in the room. staff was friendly. Room was clean. if the AC would have worked it would have been a really good stay

The rooms are nice, although the desk is very narrow and built-in so it is difficult to use a laptop. The room was clean enough, but showed signs in the bathroom that it hadn't been scrubbed/deep cleaned in a while. That said it was more of an aesthetic thing rather can a concern of it being 'dirty'. The service is luke-warm. The staff were polite enough but if you compare to a place like the Pullman where they smile and put effort into making you feel welcome, you'll find here the service is a bit cooler. The food at restaurant was very tasty, the chicken I had was perfectly cooked and it was a good sized portion. A mixed bag with service, not bad by any means but just not as warm and inviting as other places. The only real complaint was that I was randomly charged $20 for a shuttle that I didn't book or use. I understand that admin errors happen but I never mentioned the word shuttle, I had a rental car so had no need. I'm sure I'll get the money back but it's just another thing I have to deal with.

Pleasantly surprised! Rooms are clean and well appointed. Good selection of food and drinks in the restaurant downstairs. McDonalds and KFC a couple of minutes walking distance away. You can easily walk to the domestic terminals which saves mucking around with shuttles. For the price this is one of the better options in Mascot.

I recently dined at Mantra in Hotel Mantra and was delighted by the incredible flavors of the food. The dishes were a true culinary delight, showcasing the chef's skill. However, I believe the overall experience could be elevated with improved service. A little more warmth and smiles from the food and beverage staff would enhance the dining atmosphere. Despite this, the outstanding taste of the food makes it a worthwhile visit. I hope to see even more improvements in the future.
